Tracking your delivery

You can track your delivery at any time using the tracking code sent to your email address. The code appears in the delivery confirmation that you receive once your parcel has left Virtatarvike. Tracking information is usually updated within a few hours after the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier and day of dispatch. On weekdays, Virtatarvike hands completed orders to the selected carrier between 15:00 and 17:00. Orders placed after 16:30 are dispatched on the next business day during the same time window. Depending on the carrier, transport usually takes 1–3 days. The transport time begins when the order has been handed to the carrier. Once dispatched, you can follow the order on the carrier's website using the tracking code sent by email.
