Delivery tracking

You can track the status of the delivery at any time using the tracking code sent to your e-mail. You can see your package's tracking number on the delivery confirmation, which you will receive by email when your package has left Virtatarvike. The delivery information is updated in the tracking service within a few hours after the package has left our warehouse.

 

Delivery time

The delivery time of the order depends on the location, deliverer and the day. Virtatarvike sends orders on weekdays between 15.00 and 17.00. Between these times the orders are sent from the stores to their respective deliverers. If the order is placed after 16.30(or on the weekend) it will be sent between the mentioned times on the next weekday. Depending on the deliverer the delivery can take between 1 to 3 days. This time will start counting only after the order leaves the store. Once the order has left the store, it can be tracked through the delivery company's own website with a tracking code that will have been sent to your email.
